Telcom realizes thermoplastic material products, in customized batches, from design to production always with high quality.  

Inside the company, we have the following services:

  • 2D and 3D design;
  • Pattern-making;
  • Aluminium smelter;
  • Moulds construction workshop and metal carpentry;
  • Compound of raw material (Extrusion, Coloration and Pulverization)

Thanks to its wide production capacity, Telcom is able to offer a complete service of manufactures production in thermoplastic material, customized according to the needs of each customer, creating tailored desired product in the most suitable moulding technology.

In order to offer an all-around service and with high quality standards, Telcom provides its team of professionals, any of them highly specialized in his/her sector, to follow step by step the production needs of the customer and to study for him/her the best solutions to the most difficult problems, achieving excellent results.

Thanks to the high number of employees and organizational efficiency, production in the Telcom plants is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Design and 3D technical drawing

After having thoroughly understood the needs and the expectations of the customer, our team of professionals starts working to design the requested article giving great care to details and proposing the most performant solutions based on the context, which it will be used in.  After having done the initial assessments in terms of materials to be used and intended use of the product, the engineers of Telcom team advance to the technical drawing and to the first 3D model that will indicate measures and volumes of the product to be realized.

Realization of the prototype and mould

Telcom develops the 3D model that will be used for the realization of the aluminium or steel mould that, when ready, will be submitted to a series of production tests.

Possible moulding technologies

These are Telcom moulding technologies:

ROTATIONAL MOULDING: 9 plants of different sizes, technologically advanced, for manufactures with volume from 10 liters to 50.000 liters.

INJECTION MOULDING: Eight plants for automated moulding from 16 to 1300 tonnes. Six Pick-and-Place robots operate from taking the manufacture to labelling it, applying barcodes and packaging in line.

BLOW MOULDING: A plant able to mould multi-layered manufactures with volume up to 2000 liters.

Realization of the manufacture and homologation

The production kicks off: the manufacture is produced in the quantities and in the colours requested by the customer. During the production, further random tests are run in compliance with the regulations and, where required, official homologations carried out by qualified institutions.

Packaging, wrapping and shipment

The product, initially stored in the large logistics department with over 20.0000 sqm of warehouse and the simultaneous capacity of loading pairs to 18 lorries, is finally ready and it is sent to its commissioner everywhere in the world on time.
